Simple Antioxidant Smoothie from Staterra

Now that this BEAUTIFUL weather is finally here I wanted to bring in some more smoothie recipes. I decided to start with a super simple recipe from Staterra that uses The Healthy Bean Staterra Protein Powder. It is easy to make, uses everyday ingredients, and tastes delicious. BONUS: it is packed with antioxidants thanks to the fruits and vegetables added. Let's skip into Spring!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup unsweetened cashew or coconut milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 large handfuls of spinach, fresh
- 1 cup frozen berries, organic
- 1 scoop THB Staterra Brown Rice OR New Zealand Whey protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth
2. Sip and enjoy!
