Glory Bowls: What are they, why you should try them, and how to make your own!

Whenever I am visiting my friends in BC this is our GO TO dinner dish. We usually have a group of about 6 of us, and we are always looking for something easy, tasty, and nutritious. We also have a few allergies and food preferences among our group (vegetarian, gluten-free, egg-free, to name a few). So glory bowls make for an excellent solution! Glory bowls are a GREAT summertime meal option, and incorporate nutrient rich foods to keep you feeling energized, happy, and healthy. Plus, they actually taste good, and you can tailor them to your own taste buds!
